The banner on Kimkins website and banners used for the newsletters give the impression that you get to eat delicious food on the Kimkins Diet. However, these are stock photos based on real food and do not properly represent what is allowed on the Kimkins Diet.
These are the two latest banners used:
Look good, don't they? However, following the suggested menu for K/E (top) and bootcamp (bottom) the actual banners should look like this:

I love that you did this. She's always lifting pics of gorgeous food that's well over the amount allotted by her diet. This shows it for what it truly is. Too little, too boring, too lacking. Thanks!
I did a "Kimkins" plate versus other diets too quite awhile back but yours are way better.
I thought Kimkins got closed down? I must be out of touch. Maybe it's time to revisit the issue?
Next time I update by blogroll I'll add you. What you're doing is important.
A picture's worth a thousand words, especially concerning the Kimkins starvation diet.
Great pictures and post, Mariasol!
Maybe each picture in the Kimkins banner represents a week-long menu?
Nice job, Mariasol! You are quite skilled at getting right to the heart of things!
Kimkins isn't closed down. Yet.
It's not just on her blog or banners, go look in the recipe section on the site. Every recipe submitted by her, shows her as the author of the recipe and has one of those stock photos. Not just food, drinks, protein shakes etc.
Brilliant, brilliant! The photos of the real Kimkins are a shocking reminder of what this diet is all about -- starvation.
